According to "PEOPLE" magazine Katie Holmes was named one of the best dressed celebs in 2007. For once i agree with Fashion Police because i never like who they nominate as best dressed. Katie Holmes has an awesome sense of style. In the website ABOUT: Celebrity Gossip they say "Not everyone can carry a look like Katie Holmes . I think it is totally true,since shes also at the top of Blackwells's best dressed list. Katie always looks super preaty, her hair and accesories, in conclusion, everything! this was the list:
